Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Alankritha ships to addresses within India. For special cases or requests involving P.O. boxes, please contact our support team.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Alankritha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Alankritha is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7-days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Damaged, worn, or altered items will be rejected.

COD fee is non-refundable.

For prepaid orders and COD orders, refunds are processed after approval.

If you opt for Store Credit, the amount is credited within 24 hours.

If you opt for Back to Origin, the product has to Return to Origin, then the refund is intitiated.

We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy.
